只想实现 24 小时 loop 方案很多，如何把控运行质量、如何节省上下文提高效率才是关键

我个人实践是不太喜欢长会话的，在 high 或 xhigh 的模式下，AI 会有种为了多而多，输出很多边界情况的思考，有时确实会让需求更完善，但也有上下文过多的负面影响，如果再加上 subagent 并且需求和文档都很随意，那项目跑几天就会变成一大坨屎山

我更倾向于“”单任务单会话基于文档沟通“，多频次小功能去迭代功能，再配上清晰简洁的文档规范去把控整体项目进度
