dnsmasq （带 ipset ） + dnscrypt-proxy
然后用这个把 gfwlist 转成 dnsmasq 规则 https://github.com/cokebar/gfwlist2dnsmasq 不过还是梅林最方便 |

iptables+ipset+ssr-redir ，跟 China DNS 共用一套大陆 IP 列表。国外的 pdnsd TCP 查询 8.8.8.8 。国内的用中科大的 DNS 。
