几乎所有提醒升级的开源类都写死了 UIAlertView，而且不支持多语言，于是自己写了一个。

这样实现能灵活地控制提醒方式。比如可以实现在程序启动时检查新版本，退到后台时判断 [[LTUpdate shared] latestVersion]，有新版的话发本地推送提醒升级。
