兄弟们如果 cpu 温度过高或者风扇声音大的话试试更换硅脂

由于自己的冥王峡谷平时在使用过程种总是发出噪音，尝试更换硅脂，没想到效果十分明显并且给自己 2015 年的 MBP 也更换上了，效果杠杠滴温度直接降一半
