各位佬，是招实习继任，我因为学业要离开了。说一下我对这个机会的理解吧：不是强调候选人一定要有 AI-Native 的全栈能力，更多是给有想法的小伙伴一个真实接触 FDE 类岗位的机会。我是在校生，参与之后感觉这段经历给我带来的价值是对跨部门的业务拆解能力的锻炼，出解决方案的学习过程，再到真实部署，再到推整个项目的全程参与感。
