楼主你好，我是 LeanCloud 的产品经理。我们的服务的确出现了中断，真的非常抱歉。稍后我们会有事故报告，详细说明这次事故的原因；如果您遭到了事故的影响，我们也会尽量做出赔偿。
我们一直以来的目标都是尽力保持服务稳定，今年下半年又加强了在稳定性方面的改造，因此出现服务中断的情况我们也很郁闷。
但是犯了错误就是犯了错误，我们也知道犯错误的后果，如果犯的错误突破一个临界点，可能带来的后果就不是我们能承受得住的了。
所以我们有一万个理由努力提升我们服务的稳定性，如果您愿意的话可以加我微信（ ID 和 V2EX ID 一样），我们随时通报后续的处理情况。

其实我觉得自己的要求并不离谱，不需要懂切图，也不需要能做后端，HTML/CSS/JS 基础扎实就能满足，如果有 BaaS 服务使用经验就更好。
只不过，JS 基础扎实的人实在太少了，多少人连个通用的事件监听器都写不出来……
当然，V2EX 用户应该是高过平均水准的……
其实我觉得自己的要求并不离谱，不需要懂切图，也不需要能做后端，HTML/CSS/JS 基础扎实就能满足，如果有 BaaS 服务使用经验就更好。

@yakczh 实在不行就要考虑外包了。主要是业务涉及敏感数据，外包的话有点提心吊胆……
