最大的问题是政权不允许, 而非商业因素干扰. 因为你本质上是在做工会, 是在保障人权, 而作为一个依赖低人权优势国家, 第一时间就会给你按死, 路边一条. 更何况从商业上来说这条路也太艰难, 不是不能成功, 只是成功率太低
